A walk through the vineyards becomes the most natural way to enter into the character of this land: the unique microclimate, the silent force of the maestrale, the traditions of one of the most suitable areas for viticulture on the entire island.
The visit continues in the cellar, where contemporary technique and respect for nature meet discreetly. Here we tell how we work the grapes to preserve what Gallura delivers to us: freshness, structure, an elegance that is not built, but safeguarded.
The tasting concludes the journey with the wines that best interpret the identity of our territory, five labels that are five shades of Gallura, accompanied by a plateau of typical local products with cheeses of different ages, traditional cured meats and typical bread.
