AMJONIS is a Carignano with the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, grapes from Sulcis in the South of Sardinia, which, wisely combined with ours cultivated in Gallura, we have obtained this wine of a dark ruby red colour with pleasant violet reflections.
A wine with a dry, ample flavour and elegant small ripe red fruits, spices and liquorice, on the palate the AMJONIS is full, concentrated, warm and soft with a long persistence.
The vinification process is carried out with a fermentative maceration of the skins for 15 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.
