Everything begins among the rows, where a guided walk reveals the deep connection between territory, climate and tradition, the invisible roots of every bottle.
The visit then enters the cellar, following the path of the grapes from harvest to bottle. Here the story becomes more technical and fascinating: we discover together how the minerality of Vermentino is transformed, through the classic method, into elegant and persistent bubbles. Among the pupitres, in the heart of sparkling wine production, each phase of remuage and aging on lees reveals the precision and patience that this process requires.
The tasting closes the circle with three expressions of Vermentino, from the still version to the sparkling, accompanied by a plateau of typical local products with cheeses of different ages, traditional cured meats and typical bread.
